Marriage Officiants

A Connecticut Justice of the Peace can perform a marriage anywhere in the state.



Marriage License

A Marriage License must be obtained in the town where the marriage will take place. The couple must both appear at the Town Clerk's office to apply for the license and present photo IDs. The license is valid for 65 days after the date of application.


Who Can Marry

Marriage for same-sex couples has been legal since Nov. 12, 2008 in Connecticut. 

Rates

My fees are based on the level of service and range from $100-300. I promise to make your day full of Love, Laughter, and Romance!

A 50% "save the date" deposit is necessary to confirm the date. Refundable within 60 days.

A cancellation fee of $50 is expected for cancellations within 30 days.

Remainder of fee is due on your wedding date or you may pay all at once with your deposit.
